A dispatch board for the office and an offline-ready app for technicians, sharing one job record.

The problem: Jobs are scheduled on a whiteboard, job sheets are on paper, and invoices wait until the paperwork comes back to the office.
Our approach: Map the job lifecycle end to end, then build a web dispatch board and a mobile app around a single job record that syncs when signal returns.

Booking and client portal

Online booking, reminders and a client portal across several branches, with staff rosters behind it.

The problem: Bookings arrive by phone, chat and email; double bookings happen and clients have no way to reschedule on their own.
Our approach: One booking engine for every branch, a fast mobile-first booking flow, and a portal where clients manage appointments and documents.

A B2B ordering portal with live stock, synced with the accounting system and a warehouse picking app.

The problem: Stock levels live in a spreadsheet that is always slightly wrong, and orders are re-typed into accounting by hand.
Our approach: Make the new hub the source of truth for stock and orders, then connect accounting and couriers through reliable, monitored integrations.

The problem: A finance team spends a large part of each week copying invoice details from PDFs into the accounting system.
Our approach: Extract fields with an AI model, flag anything uncertain for review, and post approved invoices with a full audit trail.

The problem: Deployments are manual and nerve-racking, nobody is sure the backups work, and outages are found by customers.
Our approach: Containerise the application, describe the infrastructure as code, and add a deployment pipeline, monitoring and tested restores.
