Privacy policy

Last updated 30 September 2026.

This policy explains what information Kodravo (“we”, “us”) collects through kodravo.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language. We do not sell personal information, and this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Information you give us

When you send a project enquiry through our contact form we receive:

  • your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and company;
  • the service, budget range and timeline you choose, and your message.

Information collected automatically

With an enquiry we also record a few technical details that help us respond and keep the form free of spam:

  • your IP address and browser user agent;
  • the page you sent the form from, the website that referred you (if any), and campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters).

Like most websites, our servers and our network provider keep short-lived technical logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
  • to prepare proposals and, if we work together, to run the project;
  • to protect the website and the form from abuse and spam;
  • to understand, in aggregate, which channels bring enquiries.

We rely on your consent, given when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.

Where your enquiry goes

The website does not keep enquiries. When you send the form, it is passed securely to our internal project management system, which our team uses to respond. If that system is briefly unavailable, the website holds your enquiry in an encrypted queue and delivers it automatically as soon as it can; it is deleted from the website once delivered.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare, which protects and delivers this website), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell it or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for project records if we work together. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what the website needs to work: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that protect the contact form. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. Campaign and referrer details are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and are sent to us only if you submit the form.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, enquiries are sent to our systems over encrypted connections, and any enquiry waiting in the delivery queue is encrypted at rest. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Contact

For any privacy question or request, use our contact form and mention “privacy” in your message.
